  3. ARRIVAL TIME FOR YOUR CRUISE

    Please arrive 20 minutes prior to boarding time. The 20 minutes will give our staff enough time to check-in the group, load your supplies onto the yacht and ensure we don’t lose any time waiting at the dock for latecomers… there are always a few!
  4. CRUISE ROUTE

    We cruise the entire inner harbour and venture out to the open waters.
    If the winds are higher than 20kmph (12mph) we prefer to stay in the inner harbour so that you have a super comfortable cruise.
  5. WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

    1. Sunglasses are a good idea.
    2. Towels.
    3. Sunscreen.
  6. BEVERAGES

    Please bring alcohol of your choosing.
    Red wine is not allowed under any circumstances.
    For beer and coolers we recommend cans vs bottles. They are lighter, they cool faster and don't tip over easily.
    Please bring your wine, beer, and coolers with ice in a cooler. If you do not have a cooler then we will provide one.
    We carry ice on board for you.
  7. SNACKS, FOOD & DRINKS

    Please bring your own food and drinks.
    We very strongly recommend that all food be in plastic containers.
    Sandwiches, Fruit trays and Fresh vegetables are recommended.
    Saucy items not recommended.
    We supply Plastic glasses, Plastic plates, cutlery and napkins, included in your yacht fee.
  8. ATTIRE

    Dress as you wish. Comfortable is the word!
    Please bring a sweater especially on evening charters.
    Soft soled shoes, such as tennis shoes or deck shoes are extremely important.
    Hard soled shoes will scratch and leave displeasing marks on the yacht deck which are hard to remove.
    We do allow soft sole shoes on the outer decks but hold the right to refuse if the soles do not meet our "softness" criteria.
    We want to keep it looking as such for every time you return!
  9. SEA SICKNESS

    If anyone in your group is prone to sea sickness, it may be a good idea to bring anti- nausea medication.
    We never supply any sort of medication.
  10. CREW INCLUDED IN CHARTER

    Captain and Hostess are included.
  11. ARE CHILDREN PERMITTED ON YOUR CRUISE

    Chartering a yacht makes for an excellent family activity for both children and adults.
    While the crew is there to look out for everyone’s safety, please remember that you are responsible for minding your children.
    We recommend that you bring childcare along if you wish to truly relax on board.
    Children will be required to always wear a lifejacket while on the outdoor deck.
    It is mandatory for you to bring the appropriate size life jacket for each child.
  12. GUESTS CAPACITY:

    Maximum capacity is 20 guests including children.
  13. HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK

    To confirm your cruise, we require a 50% deposit upon booking.
    Balance of 50% is due and payable 15 days prior to your cruise date.
  14. CAN WE SMOKE/VAPE ON THE YACHT

    Cigarette smoking is permitted only on the swim platform.
    Weed smoking is allowed on the swim platform but not when the yacht is cruising.
    Preparation of and/or rolling is not allowed at anytime or anywhere on our yachts.
    Vaping and electronic cigarettes are always allowed on our yachts.
  15. IS GRATUITY FOR THE HOSTESS INCLUDED

    It is customary to reward your hostess with a 10% to 20% (of your yacht rental) gratuity IF you are happy with her service and the service of ALL staff.
    The gratuity is shared by all staff.
  16. IS OUR ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM SECURE

    We use SquareUp which is one of the most trusted credit card processing partners to handle all credit card information. We are compliant with the strictest PCI requirements for handling payment information, so rest assured that your transaction is safe and secure.
  17. DAMAGE DEPOSIT

    At time of booking, we charge a $500 damage deposit which is returned to you 48 hours after your cruise. Refund is sent to the mode of payment you used upon booking.

  18. PETS

    Sorry, we do NOT allow pets onboard
  19. CAN I DECORATE THE YACHT?

    You will have 20 minutes to decorate the yacht. Boarding of guests also takes place during these 20 minutes.
    Under NO circumstances can you tape or glue any items to any part of the yacht.
    Best is to bring some balloons if you wish.

  20. DIRECTIONS & PARKING

    Our yachts are located at the Toronto harbourfront.
    You will receive a link to Directions & Parking with your contract.
  21. BOARDING PROTOCOL

    We commence boarding once ALL your guests have arrived.
  22. MUSIC

    Our yachts are equipped with excellent sound systems.
    You can play your own music with Bluetooth.
  23. STORAGE OF YOUR BELONGINGS

    We offer one of the bedrooms on board for you to store your belongings during the cruise.
    You do so at your sole responsibility. We are not liable or responsible for loss or damage or for missing items.
  24. FLOATIES

    We supply floaties, included in your yacht fee. You are welcome to also bring your own and inflate them with our onboard electrical air pump.
