How Our Immediate Refund Policy Works:

Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for an immediate refund if you cancel your booking FOR ANY REASON 24 hours prior to your booked time.
Please note that our system is fully-automated therefore if you miss the 24 hours time by even a millesecond we will not be able to offer you the refund.

To request a refund, simply click on “Request a Refund” Link in your account (no phone calls required).

Processing Time
We ensure an electronic hassle-free (no phone calls) refund process and hence we try to process your refund immediately. However, depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take a few days for the refund to reflect in your account.

We offer a 100% refund on your rental, with no hidden fees. The total amount you paid will be returned to you minus $2.00 to cover the credit card charges!
