RULES
  1. Safety Gear:
    We provide Transport Canada certified Life Jackets. Helmets are also provided. All safety gear must be worn at all times when operating the Jet Skis.

  2. Jet Ski Operator Age:
    All operators must be a minimum of 19 years of age and possess a valid Original G Driver's License. Electronic or photo copies are not acceptable.
    The license is required for identification and age verification purposes.

  3. Liability Waiver:
    All operators must sign our Liability Waiver and Rental contract.

  4. Towing/Beaching:
    No Towing of any water toys or vessels or person/s. No beaching. No docking anywhere except at our docks.

  5. Cancellation Policy:
    You may cancel FOR ANY REASON anytime up to 12 hours prior to your booked time. There is NO cancellation fee.

  6. Payment:
    Full payment required upon booking; your book online form will show this.
    Damage deposit of $1,000 is also required upon booking.

  7. Additional Charges:
    Additional charges could include:
    Lost or stolen life jackets or helmets: $150 each item.
    Lost or stolen D.E.S.S keys (operator key): $150.
    Lost or stolen rope: $50.
    Missing or broken plastics or compartments of any kind: Varies from $200 to $1500+
    Any fibreglass damage: $250 to $1500+
    Any type of intake ingestion: $350 - $1500+ Going towards seaweed or in shallows which can result in ingestion of rocks.
    Sunken ski or water-flooded engine: Loss of your $1,000 deposit+
    Recovery service: starting at $500
