If YOU wish to Cancel for ANY reason other than weather:
We offer a 100% refund on your rental, no cancellation charge.
UP TO 10 days prior to your booked time you may cancel and receive a full refund.
Please note that our system is fully automated therefore if you miss the 10 days even by a millisecond, we will not be able to refund. Calling us will not help because we cannot override the system.

We do not accept cancellations over the phone or via regular email.
We do not offer a re-scheduling facility. Please cancel and re-book for another date.

If YOU wish to Cancel due to Rain Forecast:
Cancellation due to rain is entirely up to you.
We do not advise or make recommendations in any manner.

Our system also checks the weather report but the cancellation is entire up to you.
You may decide between 48 hours and 12 hours prior to your booked time if you wish to cancel.
Please note that our system is fully-automated therefore if you miss the 12 hours time by even a millisecond the system will not be able to offer you the refund. Calling us will not help.

Full Refund Guarantee:
We offer a 100% refund on your rental, no cancellation charge.
The total amount you paid will be returned to you minus the credit card fee.

Processing Time:
We ensure an electronic hassle-free (no phone calls) refund process and hence we try to process your refund immediately. However, depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take a few days (usually 5 business days) for the refund to reflect in your account.

Food Order Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation, we cannot compensate you in any manner. If the food has been ordered through us, then we refund you in full.

Our system checks the weather report and if winds will be higher than 25kmph (15.5mph) your booking will be cancelled by us.

You will receive a full refund and you will be notified 24 hours prior to your booked time.

Please do not book a charter 24 hours prior without checking the weather report. Toronto Weather Report We will not sail in winds higher than 25kmph
